Frequently asked questions and answers on the measures taken by our Bed & Breakfast.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: check-in times are from 1pm to 8pm (any other times by arrangement with the manager).

Check-out: by 11.00

How does self-check-in work?                                                   Once we have confirmed your reservation, on request, if necessary, we can provide you with a unique password, only yours, with which you can open the entrance door to enter and exit independently even without keys. The password expires when your stay expires, so each customer has a different password

Can I enter and leave the facility at any time?                            Yes, each room is provided with a set of keys which contains the keys to the room door, the entrance door and the garden gate.

Are the prices per room or per person?                                       The prices indicated on our website are to be considered per room.

What payment methods do you accept?                                       We accept payments in cash and by bank transfer.
Check-in with reception: payment in cash.

What are the booking cancellation terms?                             Usually to guarantee the reservation we require an advance of 50% of the total amount (excluding traveler  fes),by Bank transfer. If the reservation is canceled with less than 7 days notice, we cannot refund the deposit. In case of early departure, the entire stay will be charged.

Do children pay a reduced rate?

Age up to 2 years: Free if they sleep in the bed with their parents.
From 3 to 12 years: 10 € supplement per night.
Over 12 years old: Standard rate as an adult.

Are pets allowed?

Are allowed  small dogs sonly with advance notice and can stay in the garden

The breakfast is included?                                                           Yes, it is included in the price usually consists of: tasting of tea, coffee, barley coffee, herbal teas, milk, fruit juices, fruit, bread and biscuits, biscuits.

Are linen and towels provided or do I need to bring them?Included in the living room we provide a complete set of bed linen and towels (large, medium and small towel for each person).

Do you offer internet connection?                                                  Yes, free internet connection via WI-FI.

Do you offer bike rental?                                                              Yes, we offer included in the price for stays of at least two nights, the possibility of using bicycles. If you wish to use the bikes, an advance communication is welcome so that we can organize ourselves.

Do you offer breakfast for celiac disease sufferers?                       If notified in time, we will take care to set up the table with assorted and specific products, carefully dedicated to the celiac guest.

Is it possible to smoke in the rooms?                                      Smoking is strictly forbidden in the rooms L. N 584 11/11/1975, while it is allowed to smoke in the common areas outside (terraces and garden), which are already equipped with ashtray, always and only if it does not disturb the other guests of the structure.We have no smoking rooms!

Is it possible to check in early?                                                          We give the possibility of early check-in (before 13:00), by prior arrangement. However, we recommend that you arrive after 11:00 in the morning to be sure that customers have left the room. While, the room will be ready starting at 13:00.

Is there a deposit for the suitcases?                                                    Of course, we have free luggage storage at your disposal which you can use on both the day of arrival and departure.

What are the COVID-19 prevention procedures at check-in (arrival) and check-out (departure)?                                           The check-in and check-out procedures and the information service will be organized to accommodate each family or person at a time in the entrance.
In addition, a dispenser with disinfectant gel will be placed at the entrance and we will use all protective equipment, masks and gloves.
To avoid contact, we are designing an automated check-in and check-out system for our accommodation facility, if required.

What are the COVID-19 prevention measures for cleaning the rooms and environments in the Bed & Breakfast?                      At each departure the rooms and environments will be carefully treated with a sanitizing and sanitizing process with suitable products based on bleach and alcohol. Adequate natural ventilation and air exchange every day is always guaranteed for the rooms and common areas.

What is a Bed and Breakfast?                                                         In Italy, Bed & Breakfasts are tourist accommodation, extra hotel, managed by individuals who, making use of their family organization, use part of their home providing accommodation and breakfast.

Is the green pass necessary to enter and stay in your B&B?      No, the green pass is not necessary and no one will ask you to show it as indicated by the decree law of del 22 july , which introduces the mandatory Green Pass to access some places open to the public. From 6 August the Green Pass is mandatory to access various activities open to the public: indoor table service restaurants, bar (if the drink takes place at the table indoors), shows, museums, exhibitions, swimming pools coperte, gyms, wellness centers, festivals, conferences and congresses, cultural and recreational centers, game rooms, betting rooms, bingo halls and casinos, public competitions.
Furthermore, the obligation to have a Green Pass to take part in the weddings, to the concertse access the residences for the elderly.
